The Swarnapurawara National Awards Ceremony 2024 on Evaluation of Performance of Local Authorities was held on 25.07.2025 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall with the guidance of Hon. Ranil Wickramasinghe, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka under the patronage of Hon. Dinesh Gunawardane, Prime Minister of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and by the invitation of Hon.Janaka wakkumbura, State Minister for Provincial Councils and Local Government amidst distinguished guests including Ministers, Members of Parliament and Provincial Governors.
