The attention of this Ministry has been paid to formulate a program for bringing the foreign exchange to the country through motivation, training and persuasion for carrying out the productions targeted the export markets by encouraging the small and medium scale entrepreneurs under the local authorities.

It was decided to select the rural producers of the local government institutions for this purpose and a preliminary discussion on this matter was held under the patronage of the Secretary of this Ministry with the participation of institutes such as Ministry of Trade, State Ministry of Batik, Handloom and Local Apparel Products , State Ministry of Rattan, Brass, Pottery, Furniture and Rural Industrial Promotions, State Ministry of Skills Development, Vocational Training, Research and Innovations, Export Development Board, Chamber of Commerce, Business Development Centre and Rural Entrepreneurship Network on 11.02.2022 at the State Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government Affairs.
