Up to now 06 Pradeshiya Sabha buildings have been completed on the aids of Puranaguma Project of the State Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government Affairs. An amount of Rs. 300.85 million has been spent for that.

In addition to this amount, the provincial funds have been also utilized.
Madurankuliya new library building ,Dukkannawa new library building, Polgahawela Public market complex building, Kurunegala new multipurpose building, Narammala Pradeshiya Sabha building and library building, Polgahawela Maternity and Children’s Clinic, library building and community hall are the buildings completed under Puraneguma Project.
