Vision

Our mission is planning, implementing, directing, evaluating and implementing policies / strategies / plans / programmes / projects that contribute achieving the objectives of this Ministry, formulating relevant guidelines and strategies and implementing them and achieving socio-economic development.

Major Role

  • To prepare Annual Action Plan and the Strategic Plan of the Ministry and submit to other institutes.     
  • To identify future project proposals as per the development policy framework of the government, prepare reports and obtain approval.
  • To accomplish all the functions related to sustainable development Goals.
  • Preparation of progress reports of the Ministry monthly, quarterly and annually and submit to other relevant institutes.
  • Holding ministerial progress review meetings.
  • Preparation of Annual Performance Report and the report inclusive of performance and future plans and present to committee stage on budget of the parliament.
  • Organization and conduct of workshops.
