The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government invites sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Existing Sewers in the Southern Catchment Area of Colombo Municipal Council under the Greater Colombo Water and Wastewater Management Improvement Investment Program – Tranche 3, funded by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The scope of work includes 6.4 km of sewer rehabilitation using trenchless and open cut methods.
Bidders must submit their bids on or before 2.00 PM on 24.09.2025. A site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held on 03.09.2025. Further details and bidding documents are available at the Project Director’s office.
