The workshop was conducted on "Performance Enhancement and Consolidation Tool "(PERFECT) jointly by the Asian Development Foundation and the State Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government under the guidance of the Hon. Minister Roshan Ranasinghe.
At the workshop officials and expertise engaged to amend criteria, guide lines and rules of the completions of the Swranapurawara Local Government Competition which is scheduled to be held in 2022.
